Annual evaluation (2026/27)

The annual evaluation affects all students enrolled in the program.

Since April 2025, the annual evaluation process is handled with Phedra.

Students: all documentation must be submitted by "To Be Announced", 2027 (decision of the Doctoral School)
PhD advisors: evaluation reports must be submitted by TBA, 2027
Academic Committee: publication of annual evaluation results: TBA, 2027
Students: deadline for submitting an appeal to the Academic Committee regarding the annual evaluation results: TBA, 2027 (by a motivated email to the program coordinator)
Students: deadline to resubmit the documents for an additional evaluation (only students with a previous negative evaluation): December (TBA), 2027 (Phedra)
Academic Committee: publication of the additional evaluation results (only students with a previous negative evaluation): December (TBA), 2027 (Phedra)

Research Plan Public Presentation (2026/27)

The public defense of the research plan is for students in their second year of studies.

Since April 2025, the submission of the documents related to the research plan is handled with Phedra.

Enrolment: together with annual enrolment.
Ordinary period:
- Documentation due: June TBA, 2027
- Validation by advisors: June TBA, 2027
- Validation by coordinator: June TBA, 2027
- Public presentation: June - July TBA, 2027
Extraordinary periods, if authorized:
- Documentation due: TBA, 2026/27
- Public presentation: TBA, 2026/27

At enrolment time or at least two months before the deposit deadline.
